By far the best guest house we have ever stayed in. Johan and Tim were exceptional hosts and serve the best breakfasts. The room was beautiful and extremely neat with all the ammenities you may need. I will highly recommend Patcham Place for your visit to Clarens.

Johan and Tim are excellent hosts. The breakfast is out of this world with a special personal touch. They spent a lot on detail, even providing umbrellas for the rain. The facility is still expanding and we are looking forward to see and enjoy the new additions. Recommended for comfortable and relazing stay in Clarens.

We had a beautiful stay at the adjacent house they have from the main B&B. Super friendly owners gave us lots of great tips of restaurants in the area. The house is spotless. It’s the perfect spot for a longer stay to relax. Has beautiful Mountain View’s in the back terrace, but at the same time a short walk from the main square.

Thank you Johan & Tim for taking exceptional care of us. One of the best B&B’s in the country. If you’re visiting Clarens this is a must. The quality standards exceeded our expectations. When we visit Clarens again Patcham Place is the place for us. Well done.

Wow, wow, wow! Such incredible hospitality right in the heart of Clarens. Johan and Tim's attention to luxurious detail was exquisite, the novel breakfast tier was ample and scrumptious and the room I got was thoughtfully decorated to the highest standard, with the most eye-catching (and comfortable) head-board creating a sense of amazing spaciousness in addition to the stunning mountain view. I will most definitely be back when next I pass through, hopefully to enjoy the garden suite next!

We appreciated the attention to detail in the room. The quality of everything was of the highest standard and very tastefully set out.

The breakfast the next morning was in such an exquisite setting and the three-tiered tray with goodies was just a very special touch. Once again the quality of the crockery and cutlery was excellent and the food was equally great!

A stunning B&B! Every attention to detail is made, which added to the pleasure of our stay.

The view from this stunning B&B is yet another inviting feature.
A very short walk to the town square, as well as to numerous Restaurants and shopping, makes it an ideal place to stay.

Ons verblijf was erg goed. Een vriendelijke ontvangst door Johan. De kamer was erg schoon en comfortabel. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd: uitgebreid, het zag er heel mooi uit en smaakte bovenal erg lekker. Johan en Tim bedankt dit fijne verblijf!
