We are located in the heart of beautiful Clarens, approximately 150 metres from the bustling town square.

Check-in is from 14h00 to 18h00. Check-in's after 18h00 may attract a surcharge of R 250.00 payable on arrival depending on the circumstances. In case of any delays, or if you are unable to check in before 18h00, please reach out to us to make alternative arrangements.

We kindly request that you vacate your room by 10h00 on your day of departure to allow us to prepare for the next guests’ arrival. Please respect this request without exception.

Free, off-street covered parking is available for all guests.

High-speed wireless Internet is free for all registered guests.

Breakfast is included if you select a room package that lists it, and our farm-to-table breakfast, orchestrated with Patcham Place’s signature warmth and attention to detail, is served daily in the Dining Room from 08h00 – 09h30 (kitchen closes).
 
We use a variety of potential allergens in our kitchen including nuts, gluten, eggs and dairy amongst others. Please speak to a friendly member of our team on check-in if you have any concerns.

We offer a daily light touch housekeeping service of your room between breakfast hours and up until 12h00 daily. For guests staying with us longer than three nights, we will provide a full service housekeeping of your room after the third night of your stay.

Yes, every room features individual climate control and a small digital safe.

A complimentary tea and coffee station is provided for your comfort during your stay with us, and items such as tea bags, coffee pods, sugar sachets, milk pods, rusks, etc. will replenished once daily by Housekeeping during the servicing of your room.

A mini fridge is provided in all rooms for your convenience to chill drinks, store snacks, or for keeping essential medication that requires refrigeration.

As a fire safety measure, we do not provide irons or ironing boards in our rooms. We do however have an ironing service available at a nominal charge per garment, available from 08h00 – 10h00 daily.

Patcham Place, Clarens is 100% smoke, vape, and flame-free, but we are also mindful that some of our valued guests do smoke. As such we kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside your room, on your balcony, or in our public spaces, and instead make use of the dedicated smoking area in the back garden.

We do not accommodate children under the age of 18, unless the property is booked out exclusively, and by prior arrangement with management only.

Unfortunately pets are not permitted.
