Great breakaway for couples. Tim and Johan are great hosts, with immense attention to detail. Patcham Place is just off main square, making everything within walking distance but quiet and restful. Hosts' knowledge of area is added advantage to ensure you make the most of your visit.

Johan and Tim made the place beautiful and stylish. The breakfast is the best we had in four weeks, many choices, tastful and made with love by Tim.

Johan and Tim are great hosts, from the welcoming to the breakfast served in the mornings. They really make you feel welcomed. Their place is closer to amenities, safe around beautiful views of Clarens. I definitely recommend Patcham Place. Thank you Johan and Tim, we really enjoyed our stay.

The delightful owners succeed in setting a standard for the immaculate and tasteful rooms and bespoke breakfasts that one would associate with European boutique hotels. The ambience is stylish, but casual and friendly and the location is perfect - walking distance to the centre of town and restaurants as well as the really beautiful Clarence Valley Conservancy walks. Highly recommended!
